My biggest concern with flipping houses was getting the money, for so long I believed it was hard to get and so much paperwork and 45 days close and blah blah blah. Debbie walks you through so many different options for financing, investors, etc, that it eliminated my concern and encouraged me to take the plunge into buying our first flip! Her passion and eagerness to share a lifestyle and path that’s conducive to most working womens lifestyles and then leading them into doing this as a full time gig is truly inspiring!
