Flipping Scared!!

This Podcast is slowly but surely getting me closer to my dream of flipping houses. The reason I say slowly is by no means due to the awesome content Debbie releases episode after episode. But due to my own FEAR of taking the steps needed to get this thing started. Debbie and her guests are covering every base that a girl could possibly go through in their brain to keep them from their dream of flipping houses. And every episode I feel my super powers being activated!! I am so excited to take on this venture with all of the golden nuggets Debbie has provided.
